The soup looks great, but it will be easier for others to duplicate if you could list the ingredients. So far, I recognise galanga, garlic, kefir lime leaf, lemon grass, thai eggplant, thai chili, salt, lean beef, bible tripe, beef bile and water.
But what is in the mason jar, sugar or maybe MSG? And what is the other organ meat, maybe small intestine? Is the bile what makes it bitter? Could you use bitter melon instead?
