Siskiyou County rejects allegations of voter intimidation, asks court to drop lawsuit

Siskiyou County is asking a federal court to drop a lawsuit that alleges county officials intimidated Hmong voters. The county argued in a filing this month there is no basis to the claim, according to a statement by Siskiyou County’s legal counsel.
